New Client Openings!

Currently scheduling intakes for maternal mental health for August 2026.

Adding a baby to your life can come with all sorts of challenges. From trying to conceive, to not enjoying the “pregnancy glow, to feeling the pressure to “bounce back postpartum; there can be many bumps in the road during this time. Are you trying to navigate these difficulties on your own? Is this experience just not what you expected or hoped it would be? I am here to support you through all the challenges relating to this perinatal and postpartum phase in your life. I am passionate about perinatal mental health because of my experiences during my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

I work with the person trying to conceive, the pregnant person, the non-pregnant partner, and other secondary caregivers, including grandparents. I work primarily with individuals, however, I am open to couples or family work after a consult call.

The time from trying to conceive to a year postpartum can look very different for everyone. Whatever it looks like, your experience and feelings matter.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, productive, and supportive. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and what it would look like to feel better, and as a team we work toward that together. I often use a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach in therapy.

I am also passionate about supporting individuals with concerns relating to interpersonal stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I also work with individuals relating to communication, boundary setting, and challenging family dynamics.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and my son, playing with my two cats, and going on adventures with my dog. I enjoy Star Wars, crocheting, and watching sports.

I am available for in-person therapy on Grand Ave in St. Paul, as well as, online therapy via telehealth. I am currently under the supervision of Taylor Ryan, MA LPCC, while working as a Clinical Trainee on the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Track in accordance with the State of Minnesota requirements.

I will be completing the following trainings through Postpartum Support International by the end of July 2026:
