New client openings and evening availability
As a systemically-focused practitioner, I specialize in working with couples, families and individuals (13+) to bring light to how our relationships and ways of relating with the world impact well-being. My approach to therapy incorporates extensive life experience, authenticity, humor, and a deep sense of hope for healing for people experiencing communication, boundary-building and self-esteem issues; anxiety; grief and loss; adult ADHD; or just the daily challenges of life.
As a person who has worked in both high-demand corporate environments and wellness spaces, I understand the impacts of burnout, stress, and anxiety, as well as the importance of making intentional space for self-care. I have a heartfelt interest in working with couples and individuals facing life transitions and fertility challenges, including fertility treatments, infertility, and childlessness. These experiences can bring emotional strain, grief, and isolation, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
It takes courage to ask for help with your most important relationships, whether with significant others or yourself! I am honored to connect with you to build a safe and compassionate environment to work through your life challenges.
I have completed a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am trained in evidence-based models for relational therapy. I am currently under the supervision of Jessica Van Berkum, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Reach out to inquire more about working with me for in-person therapy in White Bear Lake or Highland Park - St. Paul, and/or for telehealth appointments using our secure online platform.
