Shelly Lehner MA

Shelly works with individuals (17+) navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relational issues, life transitions, and adverse experiences from childhood.

She has a passion for working with late-diagnosed women w/ADHD—especially those moving through perimenopause and menopause, men of all ages looking for a neutral space to uncover the armor and discuss mental well-being strategies, or anyone experiencing existential questions, thoughts of "just wanting the pain to go away," or feeling stuck.

Shelly gets what it’s like to struggle and keep going. She believes therapy is a place where you can take a breath, be yourself, and start untangling what feels tangled. Shelly listens, asks the tough questions, and helps you see old thought and behavior patterns that may no longer serve you.

There is no shame in talking to someone – especially someone like Shelly who has a lifetime of experiences, understanding, compassion, and resilience. Send her a message if you would like to set up a free 15 minute consultation or a full 1-hr appointment.

Shelly is under the supervision of Jessica Van Berkum MA LMFT while working as a Clinical Trainee on the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Track in accordance with the State of Minnesota requirements.
