Anna Schulze
Mental health practitioner
I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're navigating the challenges of ADHD, Anxiety, or are seeking a deeper self-understanding, I strive to provide a space where you can feel grounded, seen, and empowered.
I have a passion for supporting neurodivergence individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. However, I enjoy the diversity of clients and welcome clients from all backgrounds, ages 7 and up. Clients often describe me as empathetic, thoughtful, and most of all, human. Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all; I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. My style is collaborative and flexible. I enjoy bringing in mindfulness, creativity, and humor when appropriate.
Prior to private practice, I worked in residential and community-based mental health settings, which gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of individual and family experiences.
If you're looking for a therapist who truly listens and helps you explore what's beneath the surface, I invite you to reach out.
Anna is available at our White Bear Lake and Loring Park locations. She is currently working under the supervision of Jessica Van Berkum.
