Finding the Right Support

Everyone’s path looks different.

Some people come to therapy to process past experiences or navigate emotional challenges. Others seek coaching for clarity, growth, or support in reaching personal or professional goals.

Our therapists and coaches offer different perspectives and specialties so you can find support that aligns with where you are and what you're looking for.

What to Expect

Starting therapy or coaching can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to have questions about how the process works.

1. Explore our therapists and coaches.
Browse our group’s bios to learn about their specialties, approaches, and areas of focus.

2. Reach out or request support in getting matched.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to help guide you toward a therapist or coach who may be a good fit.

3. Contact your selected clinician or coach.
You can reach out directly through their individual profile page using their contact form provided.

4. Check your insurance coverage (optional).
If you plan to use insurance, you can contact your provider to confirm your mental health benefits. The member services number is usually listed on the back of your insurance card. We partner with most major insurances, which you can also check HERE.

5. Schedule your first conversation
Your clinician or coach will reach out to schedule a time to connect to explore whether it is a good fit for you both.

6. Move forward at your own pace
Therapy and coaching are collaborative processes designed to support your goals and growth over time.
