Nicole Ciavarella
Mental health Practitioner
Hello! I am a Master's Level Counseling Practitioner under the supervision of Jessica Van Berkum. I’m a Counseling Practitioner who works with teens, adults, and couples. I help individuals and partners sort through the messages and patterns from past experiences and traumas—both personal and within relationships—that can make us feel like our worth depends on how well we perform, appear, or meet expectations. Together, we’ll gently challenge those old stories and start rewriting them—finding your worth in being your true self right now, messiness and all. This is a space where you can honor your needs with kindness and step into who you really are, whether alone or as a couple.
I take a person-centered approach rooted in ACT, CBT, and Self-Compassion. We’ll start by noticing whatever thoughts and feelings show up—even the uncomfortable ones—without judgment. Instead of treating them like facts, we’ll see them as signals pointing to what you might need. From there, we’ll gently practice tuning into those needs with kindness.
I’m really honored you’re considering me to walk alongside you in this work. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, compassionate, and real—as we work together toward the kind of life that feels more like you. If you’re curious to connect, I’d love to hear from you. We’ll go at your pace, and figure it out together.
Nicole is available via telehealth.
