Grace Kilgore

Mental Health Practitioner

Hello, and welcome! I am a licensed graduate social worker who has a strong passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and family systems. Most of my clinical experience has been with elementary students and high schoolers. I am licensed for ages 5 & up, with experience in Parent-Child Interaction therapy and play therapy.

Being a kid during these modern times can be quite difficult, and seeking additional support is a courageous act when life begins to feel a little too much. I recognize how hard it can be to find a safe space where one can be seen and heard without judgement. My goal is to create an affirming space for all to foster safe connection, identify core values and goals, and collaboratively work together to address your therapeutic concerns.

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the College of St. Benedict in 2018 and my Masters of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2020. I have experience working with children and young adults in community, school and other clinical settings. I heavily rely on play and other age-appropriate interventions to assist in addressing therapeutic goals. Additionally, I work from a systemic-based lens, where I often work with both kiddos and parents to foster a more therapeutic and nurturing home life for all.
