Logan Moe
Youth Development Coach
Hi there! I’m Logan, a Youth Development Coach with over four years of experience as a licensed school counselor. I work primarily with motivated middle and high school aged boys (ages 11–18) who are doing “okay,” but could benefit from stronger skills, clearer direction, and more confidence as they grow.
I help boys build practical skills that support success at school, at home, and in everyday life - things like emotional awareness, communication, responsibility, and self-confidence. My work is not therapy for high emotional needs; it’s coaching designed for boys who want to grow, mature, and function at a higher level.
My approach is relational and skills-based. I focus on helping boys understand their values, build emotional awareness, and strengthen their relationship with their caretakers. Through this work, boys develop confidence, empathy, self-control, and healthy coping strategies that support long-term growth. My goal is to help each boy better understand himself, communicate clearly, and grow into a grounded, capable, and resilient young man.
In addition to my work with adolescents, I also support motivated college students and young adults with practical coaching around direction, life skills, and career readiness. Earlier in my career, I worked in behavioral health settings, which gave me a strong foundation in emotional regulation and coping skills - tools I now apply in a proactive, growth-focused way.
Outside of coaching and school counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and daughter. I love distance running, golf, basketball, traveling, trying new foods, cooking, reading, writing, listening to music, talking about sneakers, and cheering for Minnesota sports. If meeting in an office doesn’t feel like the right fit for you or your son, I’m happy - and often prefer - to walk and talk or meet outdoors. Boys open up through shared movement and activity, and I enjoy meeting them where they’re most comfortable.
