It can be awkward finding a therapist and working through very vulnerable issues and concerns. I seek to provide a safe space where we can simply talk, be curious and work through some difficult parts of life together.

My particular niche is narcissistic abuse but I love to work within the realm of complex trauma, attachment styles and inner child healing. I also have a lot of clients that come to me with life changes, anxiety, depression, etc. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA community as well as first responders.

I approach sessions with a curiosity about your life. I provide a non-judgmental space to process issues, and sometimes my sense of humor makes an appearance as well. I specialize in complex trauma, life adjustments, and attachment. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of self-healing!
