Jordan St Peter
Master’s level counseling intern
I work with adults and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and life transitions. I also support clients who struggle with self-criticism or a harsh inner critic, helping them move toward greater self-understanding, kindness, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is warm, relational, and person centered, and I draw from an intersectional feminist and social justice perspective. As an LGBTQIA+ affirmative counselor, I strive to create a space that honors all identities and lived experiences and supports you in showing up as your full, authentic self.
I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches to support greater presence, flexibility, and self-compassion.
My goal is to create a grounded, safe, and supportive space where you can explore what matters most to you and move toward deeper clarity, connection, and healing.
